The Halton Hurricanes Minor Hockey Alliance (HHMA) was formed in 1991. As part of the
Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA), the world's largest amateur hockey organization,
the HHMA strives to provide the highest level of minor hockey available to players in the
Halton Region and the surrounding area. In cooperation with local minor hockey organizations
in Orangeville, Erin-Hillsburgh, Georgetown, Acton and Milton, the Hurricanes
furnish players with minor hockey opportunities at the 'AAA' level. Many players have used their
Hurricane experience to gain post secondary school scholarships, join teams at the Junior
hockey level or to return to the organization as coaching staff members.

The Hurricanes has successfully helped players for over 15 years. Each year brings new
challenges for the players, the parents and the volunteers. Players continuously try to meet the
competition. Volunteers do whatever has to be done to keep the organization running. Parents
 supply encouragement and positive support.

Our home games and practices are held at several venues:
  * The Powerade Centre on Kennedy Road just south of Steeles Avenue in Brampton, Ontario
(home to the OHL Brampton Battalion)
  * Thompson Arena in Milton (home to the Provincial Jr. A Milton franchise)
  * John Tonelli Arena in Milton
  * The Milton Sports Complex in Milton
  * Mold-Master SportsPlex in Georgetown
  * Gordon Alcott Arena in Georgetown

Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to become a member of the Halton Hurricanes.
